Here are some home cleaning strategies
Vacuum regularly: Use a vacuum that has a HEPA filter and pet hair attachment that pulls out all the remaining fur from the sofa, bed, etc. I personally use to vacuum every 3 days, still my home is clean without any dog hair remaining.

Wash bed and toys: wash your dachshund’s bed and toys, which can also carry dead hair of the dog, and it will spread through the air. Like me, you can also wash your dog’s bed and toys once a week. When I start washing dog stuff once a week, I don’t need to worry much about other cleaning strategies.
